How the process works:

• Program Development – Together, we will identify and define your design goals. 

• Conceptual Design Phase – We will create plans and share visual materials communicating spatial relationships and design direction.

• Selection  Phase I –  Sourcing architectural finishes and fixtures to include stone, tile, plumbing fixtures, appliances, hardware, lighting, cabinetry, etc. 

• Selection  Phase II –  Sourcing furniture options to include fabrics, trim, area rugs, carpeting, window and wall coverings, and more.

• Selection  Phase III –  Sourcing accessories, artwork, outdoor furnishings, etc.

• Project Management  – Interfacing, coordinating with all consultants to include architects and landscape architects, contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, fabricators, artisans, installers, movers, organizers, etc.

• Order Management – Preparation, execution and follow-up for all estimates, invoices, purchase orders, and account documentation. 

• Organization & Logistics – For all orders we will track, expedite (when possible!), schedule deliveries, arrange and supervise installations.
